Commissioned by WAVA, I collaborated closely with artist Salwa Aleryani to produce the digital glass artifact for Heavy on the Scale 121g (2025). Inspired by a rare archaeological glass coin weight and reinterpreted through Aleryani’s artistic vision, the object was reconstructed in 3D as a virtual AR artwork for the exhibition MEET ME AT THE VILLA! at Villa 102, presented by KfW Stiftung in collaboration with WAVA.

The virtual sculpture responds in real time to the live market price of gold, connecting an ancient instrument of measurement with contemporary questions surrounding value, materiality, and the status of digital assets.
